Lodging for Cave Diving
These are a few examples of lodging options in the main regions for cave diving. Normal hotels are always an option, but lugging gear back and forth on a hotel cart isn’t ideal. I listed lodging that I’m familiar with, and this list isn’t an endorsement. Just a list. If you’re seeking lodging for a trip that involves training, talk to me to verify the “home base” for fills and classroom.

Grub
My suggestions for good – sometimes great – food.
Alachua Publix
Stock up on water and snacks here. “Pub subs” from the deli are perfect dive site lunches.
El Patio – High Springs
Standard Mexican food. Walking distance from the dive shop.
High Springs Brewing Company
Local brewery with visiting food trucks.
New York Pizza Plus – Alachua
Great pizza and pasta.
The 406 – Live Oak
Great food near peacock springs.
Luraville Country Store – Luraville
It’s a gas station, but it’s cave diving themed and I like their hotdogs.
