VIP Inspector

In the US cylinders used for scuba diving should be inspected every year to ensure they’re fit for use. This inspection must be carried out by certified inspectors. If you work for a dive shop or own many cylinders and want to inspect them yourself, you can take VIP inspector training.

I am a VIP instructor and instructor trainer and have visually inspected thousands of cylinders. I bring this experience into the classroom to best prepare you to VIP cylinders. I focus on keeping this program realistic. We need to be able to identify when something is right and wrong. You need the confidence to take a cylinder out of service, fix common issues with valves and cylinders, and keep focused on safety.
