If caves, deco, or rebreathers are your goal then it all starts with the Intro to Tech program. This class is focused on introducing technical diving equipment and mindsets for aspiring tech divers.
Technical diving isn’t totally different than sport diving. You should expect more gear and an introduction to risk management. Technical divers need to be able to think through problems and solve them underwater. They also need to be able to utilize teamwork and procedures to reduce risk.
