To secure date and your spot in a course, please provide
- 50% tuition deposit
- Medical release
- Liability release(s)
- Learning agreement
Remaining 50% payment is due on the first in person course session.

All courses require a medical release. Some conditions will require a physician’s approval. Review this ASAP and ensure you can meet with your physician well before the course starts if needed.

All courses require an individual liability release. Please read in full and return signed if you agree to all the provisions. There are fields for “instructor”, my name, and “facility” which can be left blank. A witness signature is required for these releases.

Course Standards
We will review the standards and minimum requirements before the course begins.
We will use this to log our dives and accomplishments daily. If your training is on CCR you will also need to download and send your computer’s dive log.
Dive Site Releases
Specific dive site releases will be completed for vessels and dive sites we are using in the course.
Pricing
Unless otherwise indicated, all programs include:
- Course materials.
- Registration fees.
- Tuition.
Potential additional expenses:
- Charter fees.
- Charter gratuities.
- Gas fills.
- Dive shop crew gratuities.
- Travel expenses.
- Gear rentals.
- Meals.
Payment does not guarantee certification. There are no refunds for course tuition. If you cannot complete the course because of inability to complete the requirements, sickness, or any other issues, I will work with you to schedule more days to accommodate your learning experience best. However, please note that the pricing and schedule structure below still applies.
